Recently refreshed with a new look and an elevated menu, the restaurant continues to honour its rich Indonesian culinary heritage while introducing exciting new additions. The all-you-can-eat buffet remains the centrepiece of the experience, drawing diners with a wide spread of authentic flavours: signature dishes include the showstopping Peha Kaki Kambing (Roasted Lamb Leg with Chef's Homemade Sauces), Rendang Daging Sapi, Ayam Panggang Rica Rica, Udang Goreng Mentega, Remis Sambal, Gado Gado Jakarta, Sayur Lodeh, and Tahu Telur Surabaya — a roster that captures the depth, heat, and fragrance that define Indonesian cooking at its best. Newer additions to the menu include Baby Lobster in Garlic Butter Sauce and Grilled Stingray with Kintamani's Signature Sambal, reflecting the kitchen's willingness to evolve while staying true to its roots.
