The compact interior incorporates warm wood, an open kitchen and design details inspired by different pasta shapes, giving the space the character of a contemporary café rather than a formal Italian restaurant. Beef Bolognese combines chipotle-seasoned minced beef with caramelised cherry tomatoes and grana padano, while Duck Carbonara uses smoked duck breast, a sous vide egg and cheese.
